General Shipping Policy
See shipping rates table above created to provide products shipping cost, carrier and partner location item is shipping from. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make cancellations or order edits. We are unable to ship to PO boxes. We ship most orders via UPS, USPS or FEDEX depending on the size and weight of the order. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials, but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time, your order may require multiple packages. Also, if your order originates from different locations, the items could be grouped in multiple packages. See below for order originations of different items. We try to ship using the most environmentally sustainable materials. Please visit our FAQ page here for some of your questions regarding vermicomposting and the environment. Once shipped, you will be e-mailed information so that you will be able to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Once your package leaves our possession and is turned over to the shipping company, any problems with delivery of the items will need to be addressed with that shipping company.
Vermicompost/Soils Shipping
Our vermicompost/soils are shipped from our location in Marshall, Texas. Normal order processing time is 1-2 days, excluding US holidays and Sundays. Although we work hard to avoid them, your order may be delayed during periods of high volume. You will receive an e-mail with order confirmation and then another e-mail when your order has shipped. For vermicompost, soils and our worms, we strive to use the most environmentally sustainable shipping supplies we can. Our vermicompost/ soils are shipped to the continental US only.
